Print a copy of the membership form or provide the information on a sheet of paper and mail a check to Uwchlan Conservation Trust, Inc.,  P. O. Box 212, Lionville, PA 19353-0212. Annual dues are $25/individual; $40/family; and $100/business. The Trust is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization and your dues are tax deductible, if applicable.
