In 2026 – one shed and all kitchen  windows were replaced; and the exterior stucco, trim, shutters, and doors of the meeting house were repainted. A squirrel nest was located in the roof and was sealed off. Florescent lights were replaced in the kitchen; a large tree was removed; the foundation was repaired to prevent water in the basement; and the dumpster surround was restained.

In 2023, the electric range and the undercabinet range hood were replaced; the brick walks in front of the building were repaired and the split rail fence bordering North Village Avenue was replaced.

Numerous projects have been completed in the 21st century, including structural repair of beams, roof and stonework, renovation of the powder room, and replacement of kitchen flooring.

In 2020, the Woman’s Community Club of Uwchlan replaced the gas boiler, relined the chimney, repainted the two meeting rooms, and stained the divider and the stage floor.

In 2017, a split unit air conditioner was installed, and the two window units were removed.
